Atlantean Figure, Toro Street, Salamanca

ESP Uno de los atlantes que decora la planta baja del edificio nº 29 de la Calle Toro de Salamanca (Castilla y León, España). Se trata de un edificio de estilo ecléctico, auque eminentemente neorrenacentista, construido a principios del s. XX en la característica piedra arenisca anaranjada empleada en la práctica totalidad de los edificios de la ciudad de Salamanca.

ENG One of the Atlantean figures decorating the ground floor of building no. 29 on Calle Toro in Salamanca (Castile and León, Spain). The building is eclectic in style, although predominantly Neo-Renaissance, and was constructed in the early 20th century using the characteristic orange sandstone employed in almost all of the buildings in the city of Salamanca.
